I get that we have all a goals to reach but the manager's way of handling it is soooo terrible. I have been at a more demanding job than this place, so the reaching goals is not the problem although they do pressure you and say comments that will turn an employee away. It's the management. Very rude and say rude comments around customers. They don't cater to their current customers with full customer service because all they care about is getting new accounts and hitting the remaining numbers for the month. If I were a regular customer and heard some of the things that comes out of the manager's mouth, I would honestly close my account. No work life balance. If you don't hit goal, they're telling you to come in early or leave later. It takes an HOUR to close the bank down. No proper system on running things around here to make life simpler. The turnover rate is extremely high and it's not because no one wants to do the work. What I would suggest to the company is to take leadership classes, learn how to properly train, have a different approach when it comes to hitting sales goal, and understand that the high turnover rate is not always -
